...@Bryan, glad to give you a little visual of home.

@ everyone, thank you so much for your kind comments!

@ Bob & Bibi, thanks guys! Re. the horizon, I think the nearly uniform height of the flowers and the fact that rows of white tulips were beyond the pink and yellow variety in the forground created a small white stripe. So the horizon line seems fairly uniform and accented by a white line. . .all quite unintentional except trying to pay attention to the rule of thirds Also, I think the blue of the sky forms a stripe of its own, emphasizing the proportions. I was just trying my hand at a wide angle close up with buildings/trees beyond. I was probably 3" away from the tulip on the left, squatting and crouching as low as I could.
-KimKimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03687351187791689224noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23860865.post-20667044820519809892010-04-24T10:38:26.661-07:002010-04-24T10:38:26.661-07:00How come Bob always beats me with the same comment...How come Bob always beats me with the same comments I want to make? :)

I'd be interested in hearing how you kept that horizon nice and straight on this fantastically beautiful photo.

Hey---my WV is 'horized,' almost like 'horizon'!Pathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00241553607254199559noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23860865.post-58282303243157481572010-04-24T08:54:38.117-07:002010-04-24T08:54:38.117-07:00Pure magic.
