Keeping It Together

She and her companion were walking so rapidly in the cold weather I had no sense what the flash of red was near her ankle until I could look at the uploaded photo. Click the photo to enlarge and better see how a quick mend for a failed boot zipper apparently got her on her busy way on the streets of Capitol Hill.
