Cafe Palma Seating

I liked the textures and patterns of the Sorento Hotel's Cafe Palma sidewalk seating. It seemed a very pleasant setting in the quiet First Hill neighborhood to relax over lunch or coffee and enjoy the warm sunny day. For a larger view of the cafe and of the hotel, see my More Seattle Stuff page.

The table is interesting and was designed for outdoor use featuring playing card icons. I guess. It must have been expensive as a design since those holes had to be punched and that added an expensive operation in making the table. Plus is exposed thousands of edges that would be the first places to begin the rusing process. Still, it is a nice table and you photographed it perfectly.

Today, the final pictures of the series, "A Day in the Life of a Robin," is online. I couldn't decide which picture to use. I hope you get to see them.

very nice-love the complexity. It makes for a very interesting thumbnail in the DP Portal!
