As the last days of summer wind down people are enjoying the sunny days outdoors. Greenlake in the heart of Seattle's north end is a lovely municipal lake with a popular 3.2 mile walking/running/cycling path around it's perimeter. One can get out on the water in canoes, kayaks, sail boats, paddle boats, and row boats. There is a swimming beach and adjacent parks which are always full of sporting activities. A very pleasant and tranquil place to come in any season.
