Rollerblading is a fun and leisurely way a lot of Seattlites enjoy exploring Seattle's more level areas while getting some exercise. It is especially popular on shared bike trails along the shores of Puget Sound, Elliott Bay, Greenlake, the Ship Canal, and Lake Washington. Here a father on blades gives a little assist to his son learning to ride a bike along the beach on the Alki trail.

I love people shots, esp when there's that combination of action and interaction. Nice!

Kim, are you sure this is the child's "father"? Mighty long hair on that head ... :)

Kim,
thanks for your note & welcome to the DP with my PV photos. I'm so excited about joining.

Your photos are wonderful especially the deep rich colors, and the shot of the space needle is amazing.

Thanks for visiting my blog! I have a question though, is there a word verification for you to leave comments on mine? I don't see one and how would I go about taking it off if there is one?

Thanks for the help!

Amazing detail and clarity in what seems to be a hurried and busy frame.
Girl, you are GOOD!

Thanks for your notes Kim.
Nice photos! Seattle is one of the most livable cities in the United States as I read in some papers.
Such a nice bus shelter you have in your city. It feels like I came back to my childhood when I look at it.
I am so interested to visit Seattle one day. I am sure I will plan to visit it during my stay in Portland.
I sent you an email Kim, did you get it?

Well, Kim, I was also going to say that guy has a behind most ladies would kill for and some pay large sums of money to plastic surgeons to get. The beard and mustache must cost a lot extra. LOL

It is a good photograph of a father and son out and about doing their thing.

If I don't get back to see you again before the weekend, I will wish you a Happy Decoration Day weekend. Alas, now called Memorial Day weekend.

Thanks for your visits.

Do you rollerblade? I used to, and it was fun--perhaps if I had the right trails like you do I'd take it up again!

Great shot, Kim. I adore your people shots - often there is action as well - it so works.
