I was so sick yesterday I deleted lots of stuff and am facing the future a little differently. It was because of the lines I told my doctor and the lines he told me. Anyway. I understand the lines in the photo. Neat. My Brookville blog has my explanation.
I think you posted a great pic for the theme. There are a lot of lines, but love the eye and reflection.
I like your funny interpretation!!
A famous "old"line in France that would suit your picture is
"Vous habitez chez vos parents???"
"Do you live with your parents or alone???"
Intriguing to guess who is giving the line and who is receiving it. Good choice for theme day.
Ladies of a certain age, such as myself, do not garner many pickup lines. In the U.S. heh.
Love the double-entendre and the photograph. Great choice and interpretation. too funny.
a great choice for the theme - I wouldn't know a pick-up line if it bit me these days since I'm not in the hunt and wouldn't dream of playing away.
Oh, this is my morning laugh! Mahalo! You're da best!
What a fantastic lateral interpretation. I couldn't possiblt reveal the strangest chat up line on a family blog, but it did involve a question about eggs. he British really aren't the most romantic.
I like, a very different take on the theme.
I like your interpretation.
Thanks very much to each of you. I'm pressed for time and can't visit around as I'd like, but browsed the thumbnails and will get around a bit to comment next week.
Babooshka, I thought only Princess Di had to endure that line of questioning! ;^)

I'm nearly at the end of my world theme day tour and I think I can safely say yours is the best take I've seen. It made me laugh!
I know the line that B means! Too rude :)
Hmmmm ... how about "Excuse me, would you mind telling me which pick up line works best with you?"
I wondered if somebody would illustrate this kind of "line" :)
Nice!
As a teen I used some real whoppers. Sure glad I have been married for the last 3.5 decades so I don’t have to use those lines anymore!
I don't remember any lines directed to me, but in my youth, I was probably too naive to know what was going on. But I read another blogger's story earlier this year, to do with being offered a taste of fresh banana pudding. I wonder if that ever worked.
Classy, intriguing photo Kim. Love the personal interaction and the eyeball!
Ha! Great "line" photo.
I wish I could hear what the conversation is ;)
I love the picture!
haha, what a cute interpretation?!
love it!
This is a great interpretation. Lordy, I can't remember any lines it's been so long since anyone tried it-HA
I will have to chat it up with B. about the egg comment. Inquiring minds want to know!! Your photo is perfect. I like the EYE looking down onthose two.
I love the street shot. I always stay at the Ace hotel right next door. Cool vibe in the Belltown area.

I actually think he looks quite awkward, like he doesn't know her and is chatting her up. She looks a bit more comfortable, but it's difficult to see how she's holding her upper body, so I'm not quite sure. I do wonder what they're talking about. :o)
