Watching My Life Go By

Something about the light trail of this car taking the curve in the middle of the night reminded me of this great Michael Hedges album. That is the Aurora Bridge in the fog, seen from Westlake, cars occasionally flying by. The fog has been with us a week now!

Very beautiful lines and atmosphere here, Kim.

You have made good use of the fog.

Kim I can see that my post echoes yours of two days ago (Solid Foundation). I am really happy about this. Thanks for your kind comments on my blog.

Your fog photos have been very interesting, the bottom of the needle disappearing in the fog was a good one and so is today's red trail.

Oh my, so many good shots: the YES WE CAN one, the celebration cookies and the brilliant golden fog in "a way through darkness" - the latter being the most technically satisfying from a photographic point of view. Ghostly but not spooky.

There's something about that red horizontal arc elbowing into the gold infused night that makes me feel a little lonely, a little alert. So interesting, especially with your title in mind.

So marvelous. I just love the sweeping lines of this photograph - the curve going to we not know where and that beautiful iron bridge.

Nice straight and curved lines and foggy lights in this one. Excellent.
