Colorful blown glass from KOBO Art Garden on display in the afternoon sun above sparkling Elliott Bay at an outdoor stall of Pike Place Market. The clouds have come in and we may have a shower or two today, but it should be bluing up again tomorrow. Perhaps the colors will entice you to come enjoy Seattle's sunny months?

These look great. I met a lady from Seattle last week and she said everyone just thinks its home to Starbucks and grunge but your blog definitely proves otherwise! Lovely stuff...
Beautiful. It would have been fun to go back once the sun cleared those clouds and played with the spectral highlights from those colorful globes. Nice work Kim!
My wife and I hope to visit Seattle soon. I am using your blog and Chuck's to make a shot list. Thanks for the help!
That's so cheerful and pretty! And a view I love!
What gorgeous baubles!! Just makes me smile.
Bon weekend Kim!

Nice shot Kim. Just about as colorful as yesterday's shot too. Keep 'em coming.
So colorful and sparkly. Looks like a perfect time to stroll outside.
Delicate, colourful and beautiful.
Thanks so much for your lovely words and birthday greetings - so much appreciated.

Just love the angle you've taken this shot and what brilliant glass balls. I love coloured glass. You'd have a problem dragging me away from here. A gorgeous display.
If that had been hanging here yesterday it would be a bunch of empty cords and a lot of sand-like glass on the ground. It was really hot and windy here all day.
Your photograph is, by the way, excellent.
Ah, these are wonderful. I would imagine wind might not be the best experience for hanging glass balls ;-(
Very colourful. I like them :)
i'm from australia and sadly america is often not depicted here to be so beautiful. what a stunning photo... makes me think of a lazy sunday afternoon watching the world go by. the colours have brightened up my day!
