Some friends from the Portland area were in town and we were walking in the Uptown neighborhood after dinner. I had wanted to show them the light show at Counterbalence Park, but I didn't know that we would see this. A photographer was making an image for a New Year's card (there, don't you feel better now to know someone was later than you getting out holiday cards :-) ). His models were getting soaked in the rain while he shot from under an umbrella. To see him with them and another color scheme, click my More Seattle Stuff Page. Green is my fave color, so let this send my best wishes from the Emerald City out to everyone for 2010.

I like this. Very creative on his/her part and very fortunate for you to pass by at the right time -:)
Happy New 2010 again!
Excelent! Good thing you capture it. I like the photo where the photographer is included.
I love that! Thanks for standing inthe rain to get it for us Kim. Clever idea. Oh I'm smug, my Christmas cards went out around the 1st ( of January!) HA

Wow, what a great job!
I was going to suggest maybe he is really early for next year's new year's card but I guess 2010 only comes once.
*love* What is the name of this clever photographer? I would like to know this person (and get his/her card)! Very nice.
