This rain drenched woolly hat had been carefully hung up so that its owner could find it on the animal wheel sculpture in the plaza outside of Zoka Coffee in the University District. It sort of looks like a giant feed sack for bison.

What an interesting looking statue. Good idea to put the hat there easy to find :-)
