I have to confess that I am mystified. Very pleasant shot, but what is it? Seattle Center?

Yes, Joanna, it is the arches designed by Minoru Yamasaki for the 1962 World's Fair as seen through a fence that echos the same arched motif that covers the walls of what is now the Pacific Science Center. Yamasaki also designed the now destroyed World Trade Center twin towers in NYC.
