Interesting Building

Not quite a flatiron, maybe a boomerang shape? Whatever architectural shape it is, this building makes up its own little island in a sea of diagonal intersections and curving streets. I saw this unique corner looking down from the observation deck of Smith Tower in the Pioneer Square neighborhood. A lone seagull soars over the scene.

The colors are as interesting as the shape. Wondering how you did the selective blur - masks in PS or painted it in with LR?

Thanks Bob! I don't use Photoshop or Lightroom, although I have them. I hate post production and don't have time to shoot photos much around my work schedule, let alone edit. So for the photoblog, I throw on a watermark in Blogger's little built in editor, and for this photo made a quick side trip to a web-based free service, Tiltshift Maker. It's not sophisticated and doesn't offer much control, but its fun for a toy camera-style miniature tilt-shift effect and literally takes only seconds to use.
