Here is the peak-filled view looking east across Lake Washington toward Stevens Pass in the Cascade range. A cormorant is sunning itself on a white piling after drying its wings, and a mother and daughter visit with the ducks.
Honestly this reminds me of natives along the Amazon River washing their clothes. It is still a nice photo though.
ReplyDeleteA very peaceful scene.
ReplyDeletePure, typical Seattle scene. Aren't we so fortunate. MB
ReplyDeleteYour photography bowls me over. So much going on hee, so much depth to the photo - so many levels. Absolutely charming yet with grandeur.
ReplyDeleteHi Kim, I have skimmed your blog from time to time in the past but this weekend I have taken a good, hard look. Your work is fantastic!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! There's just something special watching children feed the ducks. I notice you still have fall color in the background. Autumn is very short lived here.
