The joys of dining out in a small restaurant that has great cooking and attentive service can be encountered in nearly every neighborhood in the city without necessarily having to go downtown Here patrons of Portage on Queen Anne Hill are served. Nice indoor/outdoor scene. Good for B&W - or did you add a little sepia? I have a dear old friend who lives in Wallingford. When I'm in Seattle I like to cruise the little restaurants up and down 45th Street.
