Huh?

Huh?

Now THAT's a custom sign. . .
Can you picture what this busy intersection at 39th, Fremont Way, and Fremont Ave. must be like? Thank goodness there is a light and not just stop signs. Do you have a confusing or not so standard intersection in your city?

Hmm ... Ok, I shot one a couple days ago although I opted for something else for that day's post. Perhaps I'll use it one day soon ... wicked curve I'll call it, I think. There is definitely an art to reducing signs to their simplest denominator, yet so often they seem to miss the mark.

BTW, the link "this busy intersection" is non-functional.

Off to find a small spot of sunshine ... wishfull thinking, probably. ~Chuck

Whoever made the sign probably never had to get there.

Living in New Jersey, almost all of our intersections are a little nuts. But man oh man, I've never seen a sign like that before!

I say--just close your eyes and go for it. lol MB

Ah ah! Life is not always a straight line! In France, we now have rounabouts everywhere... Another symbol? ;-)

Usually there aren't such explicit (?) signs here, and if there were, people wouldn't pay any attention to them. I've run into people coming the wrong way on roundabouts, etc. Great photo, though. I'll keep my eyes open here.

Yes, it is four points that come together. But it is no record, we have had, in the country near here, a place where five roads come together. People who live in this area know it as "Five Points."

That sign must be from France.
