The pre-sunrise view of Seattle's waterfront skyline from a ferry earlier this week. It is Skywatch Friday, and skies around the globe can be seen by visiting Skywatch here, or add a shot of your own skies. Happy Friday the 13th, and best of luck to everyone!

Spectacular sky. The red streaks are so... so... unusual. I love them.

What a gorgeous shot! Love the bird! We have had some gorgeous skies over the past few days, in spite of the rain, haven't we! Yesterday was such a sunny, delightful surprise! We're back to the usual though today!

Good luck for the day! Enjoy your weekend!

Ooh, raspberry skies in Seattle at daybreak -- they don't get much better than that. (Especially when Mt. Rainier is basking in just such a raspberry hue and actually looks like raspberry sherbet.)

Thanks for sharing. Major homesickness factor!

Perfect moment with the sky blushing and the bird on board.

In seasonal time, it's interesting to remind ourselves that this photo dates from mid-November. I don't often see the sunrise at this time of year. We are having some great sunsets though.
