These five guys on a dock in West Seattle were silently enjoying the sunrise skyline while casting their lines into Puget Sound. Seattlites enjoyed a perfect spring day yesterday with balmy breezes and puffy clouds far away on the horizon.
What a brilliant composition this is, Kim, with the people echoing the verticals of the skyline. Wonderful!!!!

I'm so glad I found your blog! Your photos give me a happy heart. My husband lived in Seattle for two years and he recently took my son and I for a visit. Thanks for keeping my memory fresh with images of this gorgeous place!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful, tranquil photo. The Seattle tourist bureau needs to publish this as a poster.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for your very kind comments about this shot. It was my first attempt at blending 3 bracketed shots together, something Bob in St. Louis and several other of you do frequently and with agility. I however am still lost, but having fun trying to figure it out :-). Thanks for coming by and enjoying the view. :-)
ReplyDeleteVery nice capture. The silhouettes and skyline make this photo wonderful.
