Why We Live Here #1

. . .a picture is worth a thousand words. :-)
This shot is from the campus of the University of Washington. Perhaps you were/are a student there. What is your favorite place on campus?
All your shots could be captioned "Why we live here." My Alma Mater is on the other side of the state (no, not that one) but we walked through the U two years ago on the 3-Day walk (shortly before you and I met up at Green Lake. Seattle in good weather is gorgeous. Remember "The bluest skies you've even seen..."?
A cogent reason for living in Seattle. I was there in 2006 and I like this lovely city. Therefore I visit your blog daily. It makes the unrealisable wish for a second visit at the moment more bearable for me.

The reading room on the top floor of Suzaallo. Stunning!
ReplyDeleteI always liked the Physics and Astronomy mini campus. Secluded and low key, it's got an amazing view of the ship canal and lots of grass.

ReplyDeleteThe perspective on this is strange and wonderful, Kim.
