No lack of color here, eh? This art glass installation is near the streetcar line on Westlake Avenue N and makes even the grayest of days brighten with its tertiary palette. I came across it the first time at night a couple years ago (below).
You and Chuck are working similar effects today but yours is more abstract. The cars and street look like they are behind a portal to another dimension.

ReplyDeleteThis is mesmerizing piece of art. The colors are simply divine, and I love how they overlap along with the city scene.

ReplyDeleteVery, very pretty!!!
ReplyDeleteColors are so important, especially after too many gray days.
ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous Kim. And I love your new photo on the header - it's all about our green here in Seattle.
ReplyDelete...I mean our gray and our green. They work so well together.
ReplyDeleteThanks guys! Hope we all are surviving the gray skies, wherever we are, with little doses of color like this.
ReplyDelete@Teresa: Thanks! Did a little blog housekeeping to improve things and it was time to retire the old header photo. Enjoy the SUN today!
