Since our fave ice cream place, The Mix, closed, we've been casting about for other fun summer evening destinations. The Crepe Cafe & Wine Bar is our newest late evening find in the Ravenna neighborhood. If you are looking for a relaxed place to go for dinner, desert (including flaming crepe Suzette!), coffees, or nice wine, this is a delightful blend of French-meets-west-coast style cafe, and they are open until 10 PM most evenings. Next we will be trying their brunch!

Looks like a wonderful place, and I intend to eat there soon, but after they went to so much effort to put the circumflex over the first e, you'd think they'd get the accent aigu over the final e correct, instead of a mistaken accent grave! Don't their French visitors yell at them?

Yet another place to put on my "must check this out" list. Thanks for the tip!

I just love crepes. Unfortunately, finding them here is hard. I love to go to Las Vegas as there are a lot of places that have them.

I hope your mom is better. Maybe the wonderful view helped cheer her Also, loved the VW "bus." We were just talking about those the other day for some unknown reason.

Apologies for not commenting lately. . .under a lot of stress, which I don't handle all that well at times. Hopefully, it will resolve itself tomorrow (and is the subject of tomorrow's blog) and life can start to get back to a new normal around here. ;-)

Great photo! the Crepe cafe is a great place to go for a date and they have a really impressive wine list. It's one of my favorite places in Seattle.
