This family looked so colorful in their summer outfits as they were taking in the view of Elliott Bay from that white bench on the promenade that connects Seattle's waterfront along Alaskan Way with Myrtle Edwards Park and the Olympic Sculpture Park. Behind them you can see the Seattle Post Intelligencer's spinning globe (The P-I recently stopped publishing their newspaper), a terraced building that reflects wonderful light, and the sculptural installation, Love & Loss. Tomorrow I'll show you what these folks were looking at.

BC, Yes it is still lighted at night and spinning. I think there was a movement afoot to landmark the beloved orb.
HAF3, Thanks! And, Ol Adolph apparently didn't believe the notice when he placed his spam here that all spam advertising, no matter how genteelly put and masked as a comment will be deleted.
