I came across an enormous red oak tree that stretched across a road and had giant limbs high enough that buses could easily make it underneath. It's a beautiful old tree, and very healthy. I could not fit the whole tree into a shot with the lens I had on me, so I thought I would show you what our autumn here has revealed in a few leaves against the sky. The city is in its final glory of fall color and there are leaves gracing trees and the ground everywhere. I saw so many people out raking up huge piles over the weekend. Hope you are enjoying autumns pleasures!
