Saw this NASA space suit in a Cascade neighborhood window yesterday. . .then noticed the Space Age icon of Seattle superimposing itself on the scene. These things will happen. . . or maybe it was just the effect of the humid breeze wafting inland from Hempfest over at Myrtle Edwards Park? ;^) My stats data indicates a lot of you take a peek at SDP during your lunch or coffee break at work, so if you have a little time to space out further and you enjoy chess, check out the quick little chess widget in the sidebar. Hope you enjoy !.

They build rockets in Seattle? Or they used to? I’m confused!

Could you tell me exactly where this is in the cascade neighborhood? I would like to take my son by to see it...he would love it!

Now there's a giant leap for mankind. What great serendipity to see that reflection, hemp notwithstanding.

That is a serendipitous shot. My favourite personal images, the ones I'm not assigned to do, are always the happenstance ones.

Btw. I hope you still aren't suffering at the hands of renegade blogging copying posts and images. I have found coyscape to be very useful in this area.

That is a great shot, and you're right the reflection just adds to it.

Thanks for leaving a comment on my Sibiu blog - much appreciated!

Earth to Kris. Tower. "Space Needle".

You stood at just the right spot, Kim. I love it.

Oh, and just what I need while at work - another distraction!

Nice shot of a space man on the shadow of the earth of Seattle.

Now this is when the window reflection actually enhances the photo instead of screwing it up as is usually the case for moi. Love it.
