I thought we'd start the week with an urban abstract. Here, several planes of the exterior of Rem Koolhaas' design of Seattle's Central Library are seen against the reflective rectangular window pattern of the building to the south of it. Seeing through, seeing reflections, rectangles, crosshatch diamonds. Abstructures. Hope you are having a great start to the work week!

I like it! Is that a light shining in one of the diamond panes? Hm, that doesn't sound right, but what can it be?
BTW, typo on Koolhaas (at least, the version I'm commenting on has Kookhaas).
phew!!!!!! There's so much in this shot to look at and admire!!!
I love your pictures! I am hoping to move to Seattle after I come back from my travels next year.
This is one of the coolest Public Libraries ever.
