The woman featured in the Blue Moon sign owns the Streamline Tavern in Lower Queen Ann. The owner of the Blue Moon is an aging caprine publican.
Ah the Blue Moon----I never was in the place but but I did grow up in the Wallingford-Green Lake-Stone Way area and did indeed hang out on 45th. MB
The model was a bartender there, not the owner, and she was a Rat City Roller Girl...she is in the documentary - see on Netflix.
