I think even the Flamingos at Woodland Park Zoo are hoping our current pattern of sunshine and showers will turn to mostly sunshine. Another storm front moved in overnight, announced by hail, but we'd rather be swimming in sunshine.
The zoo's Chilean Flamingo colony has produced several hatchlings each year since their exhibit opened in May of 2008.

I'm catching up on blogging and you've certainly added a lot of terrific shots of one of my favorite cities. I'm hoping to be back up in Anacortes during the summer at some point. I'll let you know as I think it would be fun to meet you and some other bloggers if we can arrange something. I always enjoy visiting your site.

Great colors and reflections. Never thought the "butt of a bird" could be so enjoyable but you made it happen. Glorious!
