I took a series of handheld night shots of a bare tree and the colored light parade along the concrete back wall of Counterbalance Park in the Uptown/Lower Queen Anne neighborhood. I put together a mosaic of some of the color variations for you.

Excellent. Actually, you could frame this and hang it.
Splendid, Kim. The colors (esp. the pinks) could be as on the building by the Space Needle at sunset. (I know everyone takes a shot of that sunset like that so here is mine http://mostlylacounty.blogspot.com/2008/11/variation-on-theme-in-seattle-1.html).
This looks like a very creative stained glass window.
This completely succeeds, Kim. It would make a wonderful poster!
Really beautiful. Before I read your commentary, I actually thought it was an entire reflection somehow!
Beautiful and successful experiment. Stands out in the portal so I had to look to read your explanation. Great!
Very pretty ART!:-)
I love these photos. They'd make a really good series for a wall.
